Sewer camera cart for inspecting large and long sewers

A sewer camera cart takes the camera to places where push cameras can no longer reach. Instead of manually pushing the camera through the pipe using a push cable, a motorized, steerable camera cart travels autonomously through the pipe, carrying the camera over long distances deep into the sewer. This allows you to inspect large, walk-in sewers, main lines, and long sections that are out of reach for a push-type camera alone. As a manufacturer based in Bad Abbach, we develop and manufacture these systems ourselves—Made in Germany and designed for professional, continuous use.

When a camera cart is worth it

A push-type camera is ideal for house connections and medium-sized pipes, but reaches its limits with large diameters and long distances. This is exactly where the motorized camera cart system comes into play. The crawler drive pulls the camera over a hundred meters through the sewer; the steerable camera cart follows the course of the pipe, and the integrated swivel-head camera also inspects branches and side inlets. For sewer cleaning and rehabilitation companies, engineering firms, and municipal utilities that regularly inspect and document main sewers, this is the technology of choice.

Drexl 9060 Camera Cart System

Our system is the steerable 9060 camera cart system with a Full HD swivel-head camera. The camera cart travels through the sewer via a crawler drive and is designed for pipes with diameters ranging from 100 to 600 mm. Up to 100 meters of cable allow you to reach your destination even over long distances; the integrated digital video recorder captures the inspection directly, and the lithium-ion battery ensures you’re independent of power outlets in the field. You can view the image on the 8.4-inch LCD monitor in a rugged aluminum housing, available with the convenient Simple TouchControl interface upon request.

Like all our in-house equipment, the 9060 is TÜV-certified and comes with a three-year warranty. Since this system can be customized to your specific needs, pricing is available upon request.
