Core
The special manufacturing technology and structure allow a balanced combination: the more glass fibre the rod contains, the higher its pushing stability. Our rods therefore contain a particularly high share of 80 % high-grade glass fibre. All fibres are embedded in an elastic epoxy resin and bound into a compact core by a winding. This creates a wavy, resin-rich outer layer that absorbs the high surface tension under bending load, so very small bending radii are possible and tight pipe bends are easy to pass.

Sheathing
The wavy surface of the core improves the adhesion of the sheath and of the bonded end sleeves. The smooth plastic sheathing in polypropylene and polyethylene has excellent sliding properties and reduces friction to a minimum. It is highly resistant to temperature and abrasion.
